Refund policy

At The Pollen Theory, we want you to love your purchase! Due to the nature of the product, we offer an exchange-only policy for eligible items, with no cash refunds. 

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt, order number). 

1. Contact Us: Email us at msmartin00@hotmail.com within the return window.
2. Ship Item: Send the item back to us. 
3. Receive Credit/Swap: Once received and inspected, we'll issue the replacement item.

• Gift cards.
• Sale/Clearance items (Specify if applicable). 

• All exchanges are subject to our inspection and discretion.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
